Terms and conditions of purchase:

     Common Cents Training Inc. employs a facilitator approved by the Alberta Server Intervention Program (ASIP) to deliver seminar training.  In the event that a seminar is cancelled by Common Cents Training Inc. a full refund will be made to the parties responsible for original payment(s).  Participants who do not provide two business days notice of cancellation of attendance will not be entitled to a refund; however they will be permitted to attend a future seminar within 90 days at no additional charge.

     Common Cents Training Inc. does not distribute or relay any personal information from clients on the websites listed above.  We promote fairness within business practices and are confident that we can resolve all of our client complaints, and or in the event that we are not able to come to an agreement that suits all interested parties we as members of the Better Business Bureau (BBB) will allow for an arbitrator to decide the best cause of action, and will abide fully by their final decision

     Any personal information collected is not placed on a public domain, and in the event that the personal information is to be placed in our public domains, it is only done with the written consent of our participants (ie. testimonials).  If at any time our participants wish to have their names removed, they are to contact Common Cents Training Inc via e-mail adonis@agt.net and we agree to remove their information as soon as possible.
